This patch will modify some of the prompts in the PCL-5 instrument to be
scores in Clinical Reminders and Health Summary. A filter is added that
File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) from the ANONYMOUS.SOFTWARE directory at
the following OI Field Offices:
Albany: fo-albany.domain.ext
Hines: fo-hines.domain.ext
Salt Lake City: fo-slc.domain.ext
The Install Guide is also available on the above servers. It is
available as .PDF format. This file should be downloaded in BINARY
format.

This patch can be loaded with users on the system. Installation will
take five minutes. Refer to the Install Guide, YS_PCL5_UPDATE.PDF,
for complete details.
1. Use the "Load a Distribution" option on the KIDS installation menu.
When prompted to enter a host file, type in YS_PCL5_UPDATE.KID
2. On the KIDS menu under the 'INSTALLATION' menu, use the following
options, as desired:
Print Transport Global
Compare Transport Global to Current System
Verify checksums in Transport Global
Backup a Transport Global
3. On the KIDS menu under the 'INSTALLATION' menu, use the following
option to install the patch:
Install Package(s)
When prompted for INSTALL NAME, use YS_PCL5_UPDATE
4. When prompted 'Want KIDS to Rebuild Menu Trees Upon Completion of
Install? NO//' enter NO.
5. When prompted 'Want KIDS to INHIBIT LOGONs during the install?
NO//' enter NO.
6. When prompted 'Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options,
and Protocols? NO//' enter NO.

Problem: In some instances, a utility in the YTQPXRM2 routine errors out
when evaluating a GAF clinical reminder because the time portion of the
date/time lookup value has trailing zeros.
Solution: The patch modifies the routine to strip off the trailing zeros .

Problem: The scoring criteria for the MCMI3 instrument changed since it
was first released.
MOCA Alt 2. NEOPI is inactivated.
Solution: The scoring criteria are updated.

MoCA, MoCA Alt1, and MoCA Alt2

Problem: There is an error in the way three instruments, MOCA, MOCA ALT1
and MOCA ALT 2 are scored.
Solution: The scoring error is fixed for all three instruments .

Problem: There is a scoring error in the BAI instrument. There is a MH
SCALES (#601.87) file entry associated with this instrument that should
not be.
Solution: That entry is no longer associated with the instrument.
INC000000616128 - Mental Health - Error Generating Report
Problem: There is an error when generating a report for an administration
that doesn't exist.
Solution: Quit before generating the report if an instrument
Additionally, the patch provides an interim solution for the problem
administration is not found.

This patch is being distributed as a host file. The name of the host
file is YS_PCL5_UPDATE.KID. This file should be downloaded in ASCII
where instruments with complex scoring algorithms display inaccurate
format.
The preferred method is to retrieve files from:
download.vista.domain.ext.
This transmits the files from the first available server. Sites may
also elect to retrieve files directly from a specific server.
