This patch fixes the following three (3) issues:
3. When running the Recall Patient Inquiry, if queuing is selected, the
error <NOTOPEN>ALL+1^SDRRINQ1 occurred.
1. When running Recall Reminder nightly background job, Clean Up Clinic
Recall Entries [SDRR CLEAN-UP], Delete Reason APPT SCHEDULED is missing
in the RECALL REMINDERS REMOVED file (#403.56).
2. When entering a patient into Recall Reminder, customer requests to
limit the clinic that the patient should be scheduled in with only the
clinic TYPE is clinic.
