1. Update DEA SPECIAL HANDLING Field Documentation
   
   A new code letter "K" was added to for the DEA, SPECIAL HDLG (#3) in 
   the DRUG file (#50) to document in VistA when providers renew
   medications for patients that cannot be automatically renewed by the
   patient via Audiocare.
