This patch updates the following Mental Health instruments:
T-Score now calculates correctly for the EID scale.
Score for PSYC-r is now correct when question 216 is true.
QOLI
A scoring error introduced by YS*5.01*139 has been corrected.
If an instrument with many scales preceded and instrument with a few
scales during a session, some additional scales were carried over to the
instrument with fewer scales. This was visible in the Health Summary
component and TIU objects. It also sometimes affected the display in the
Special Reports Wizard. This is corrected with this patch. Additionally,
the patch checks previous administrations to make sure each administration
has only the correct scales associated.
Additional record locks were added to reduce the likelihood of errors when
generating a report for a legacy instrument.
AIMS
The disclaimer is no longer added to the progress note text.
C-SSRS
A Key Indicator is now added if Question 3 response is 'Yes'.
