1. INC5649941 - Medication Patches with a continuous schedule (daily)
do not show as administered when viewing the medication
administration history report in CPRS with a date
Problem:

The Canandaigua VA Medical Center reported that the Medication
Administration History (MAH) Report does not display all the
administration activity (given/removed) of continuous patch medication
orders depending on the date range selected for the report. When the date
range selected for the MAH report exceeds 7 days and there is a Given
activity for a patch medication on the last day of the first week, the

report will not display it if the patch was already Removed at the time
the report was ran.
Resolution:

This patch will correct the code to include the Given activity for a
patch on the last day of the first week in the report.
Technical Resolution:

The code at the EN+62 on the PSBOMH1 routine was not taking into account
that the Given date for the order being processed could fall on the week
before the week of the Removal in the report. The code was changed to
include the Given activity in the correct week of the report.
