DESCRIPTION OF ENHANCEMENTS 
This patch addresses the following issue:
 
1. When adding new entries to the CLOZAPINE PATIENT LIST (#603.01)
file patient lookups running in the background can return erroneous
results, which in turn leads to incorrect entries in the file.
 
This issue is being tracked in SNOW on INC10558263 and is also being
tracked on Rational Defect #1263669.
