Patch SD*5.3*758 addresses the following issue:
3. When blocking a clinic grid for a partial day, the block
displays incorrectly (early) when it is for less than 1 hour,
and after the scheduled availability.
1. Return to Clinic (RTC) orders are moving to "active" status
after the appointment is moved and the clinic availability
cancelled.
2. Appointments that were canceled by the patient show as
"Canceled by Clinic" after the clinic availability
is cancelled.
