The "APSJD" cross-reference on DATE OF DEATH field (#.351) of the PATIENT
surfaced with the Merge testing.
Merge is tentatively scheduled for national release in August, 1997.
file (#2) calls routine PSJADT, which leaves the local variable D0
undefined. The San Francisco Office of the Chief Information Officer
(OCIO) Field Office requested that D0, D1, and D2 be added to the list of
variables NEWed at line END+1.
The FileMan compatibility issue centers around the variable D0 being
defined. Cross-references may set D0 equal to DA but should not otherwise
alter ordelete D0. This issue has not been documented in the past but
