A problem was reported where when finishing an IV order the site was not
being prompted with all the fields that should have been available for
edit. The problem was reported after the site installed Pharmacy Data
Management. The problem was due to the routine PSIVORC2 looking at piece
11 of the zero node of the additive or solution to identify if the
additive or solution was marked for use with IV Fluid orders. The routine
has been updated to look at piece 13.
This patch corrects this problem
