After patch IB*2.0*796 was released users noticed that while using the
First After the user entered comments in the "Billing Info Edit" option.
then returned and ran the View/Edit Episode option. Then
"Review Info" option. Changed the "TRACKED AS RANDOM SAMPLE?: NO// " to
yes or no. If they changed to "YES" then and "R" should show in the "UR"
column by the item selected for Reviewed.
Second after the user added comments then returned to add reason not
billable the "BILL" column should display "YES" or "NO" but did not until
extra steps are performed to verify their action was recorded.
Claims tracking Editor processes
, the posting of answers to two questions were not being posted as they
did before the patch when a user
entered the comments option of the Claims Tracking page and returned to
do other steps. When they return
to the main screen their answers were not displayed to show them their
entry stayed posted. The answers were only posted after extras steps were
taken to display the results.
