This is patch GMRA*4*10. This patch will add a new piece to the GMRAL
the patient has reactions to report. Please see the national patch
module for a complete description of this patch.

agent. This patch will also make the necessary enhancements described
in forum mailman message 20863738. This message was an 18 month
notification concerning a change in the way the GMRAL array is
returned.
