This problem was reported in NOIS LAN-0996-60510.
PATCH HISTORY:

After the analysis of the LA OPC reported data was complete a prototype
patch was generated and sent to LA OPC where it has run without
recurrence of the reported problem.
This patch was then generated by the addition of a environmemt check
The outpatient pharmacies have been reporting a problem which produces
routine.
Routine Summary:

The following is a list of the routines included in this patch. The
second line value of each of these routines will look like:

Environmental Check Routine
===========================
The environmental check routine is AFJXEN3 which checks the version and
patient clinics need not have inpatient pharmacy installed, hence
patch levels of the NHE package installed. Routine AFJXEN3 may be
removed by the station upon successful installation of this patch.
Installation Instructions:
==========================
WHEN?: This patch should be QUEUED to run after regular business hours
to minimize disruption to the users.
HOW LONG?: Installatiom will take less than 2 minutes.
routine ^PSJAC may not be installed at the OPCs. One line of code was
1. Use the INSTALL/CHECK MESSAGE option on the PackMan and respond YES
at the prompt 'Want to Continue with load? YES//'.
2. Review your Mapped Routine set. If any of the routines listed in
the ROUTINE SUMMARY section are mapped on your system, they should
be removed from the Mapped set at this time.
3. From the Kernel Installation and Distribution System Menu, select
the Installation menu.

4. From the Installation menu, you may elect to use the following
options (when prompted for the install name enter AFJX*5.1*3):
a. Backup a Transport Global - this option will create a backup
message of any routines exported with the patch. It will NOT
backup any other changes such as DDs or templates.
b. Compare Transport Global to the Current System - this option
will allow you to view all changes that will be made when the
patch is installed. It compares all components of the patch
(routines, DDs, templates, etc.).
c. Verify checksums in the Transport Global - this option will
allow you to ensure the integrity of the routines that are in
the Transport Global.
5. Use the Install Package(s) options and select the package:
AFJX*5.1*3.
6. When prompted 'Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu Options,
and Protocols? Yes//', respond YES. When prompted to select the
option(s) you would like to place out of order, enter the
NOIS HISTORY:
following:
AFJXNHEX REQUEST
7. MSM sites: Please ensure you answer YES when asked if you want
to move the routines to other systems and indicate the appropriate
CPUs. Alternatively, you can wait until the installation is
complete and move the routines listed in the Routine Summary
Section to all systems.

8. If the routines were unmapped as part of step 2, they should be
returned to the Mapped set once the installation has run to
completion.
