1. A problem was reported by a site when trying to finish an order with a
the pending order before allowing actions on pending orders.
3. A problem was reported where a site was trying to renew an IV order
through CPRS and was receiving the message Invalid Infusion Rate. The
problem was that when finishing the order Pharmacy changed the infusion
rate to the format Text@# and this was not being passed back to CPRS when
the new order was created. This patch corrects this problem.

4. E3R# 11771, Change Nature of Order auto prompt requested that the
Log-in date of midnight 01/04/00 and the ward parameter set to Use Closest
default for orders changed in pharmacy due to edit should be Service
Correction rather than Written. This patch changes this functionality.
5. A problem was reported by a site when using the option Inpatient Order
Entry [PSJ OE] to enter new orders. At the 'SCHEDULE: ' prompt the user
would enter a question mark and answer 'yes' to the prompt 'Do you want
the entire ADMINISTRATION SCHEDULE List?'. Part of the resulting list
would scroll off the top part of the screen; the user was using a CRT and
couldn't scroll back to see the data. This patch will correct this

6. A problem was reported by a site on a Unit Dose order which was
originally placed through Inpatient Medication options. The order had
dispense drugs entered when it was ordered and these were not passed to
CPRS. When the order was copied through the CPRS option, no default
dispense drug was displayed to the user and no order checks took place.
CPRS does not allow more than one dispense drug per Unit Dose order. This
patch will correct this problem for orders where there is one dispense
drug for the order, but not more than one. NOIS MAC-0200-62454.

2. Additional functionality is included in this patch to change the PSJHL
routines to do an additional check to ensure that the patient IEN received
from Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS) matches the IEN stored in
