DESCRIPTION OF ENHANCEMENTS 
 o Modify the work order screen display/edit so the edit session is ended
   when a date complete is entered. Post install updates existing
   equipment histories using work order data to correct inconsistencies
   that may have occurred prior to this patch.
 
 o Modify code to strip the time from the date when posting data to
   equipment histories. Post install updates existing equipment histories
   that were posted with a time prior to this patch.
