DESCRIPTION OF ENHANCEMENTS
This patch addresses the following issues in the Mental Health GAF software. 
   subject 'NPT/XXX #XXXXXXXXXXXX' from the NPCD at the AAC.  The 'XXXs'
                  Compare Transport Global to Current System
                  Verify Checksums in Transport Global
                  Backup a Transport Global
 
    3. Installation of this patch should be at off peak hours.
 
    4. Users may remain on the system.
 
    5. Installation will take less than five minutes. Installation
       of this patch requires no additional memory space.

   10. When prompted 'Want to DISABLE Scheduled Options, Menu

2. The routine YSGAFOBX was setting the Mail Group to use 'YS GAF TO NPCD',
   therefore sending a MAILMAN message containing text to be processed by 
   NPCD at the AAC.  These messages should have been sent locally to the
   members of Mail Group 'YS GAF TRANSMISSION ACK' who are responsible for
   the Global Assessment of Function monitoring.  The subjects of these
   messages are 'GAF Score Sent' and 'GAF Score Transmission Problem'.
   The message 'GAF Score Sent' contains the patients name, date of
   observation the GAF score was assessed and the HL7 message number
1. The description of Mail Group 'YS GAF TRANSMISSION ACK' has been edited.
   transmitted to NPCD at the AAC.  The message 'GAF Score Transmission
   Problem' contains the reason why the message was not transmitted, user
   who entered the GAF score, patient name, observation date and file entry
   date.

3. A new option 'GAF Transmission' [YS GAF TRANSMISSION] will be used to
   retransmit GAF data for a given date range to the National Patient Care
   Database at the Austin Automated Center in Austin, TX.  


   This mail group will receive a message with the subject of 'GAF Score
NOIS call(s): BOS-0399-12563
              TUA-0199-31948

     Installation Instructions:
