This patch makes the following changes to the APIs between Inpatient
(#53.1) and #66 of the PHARMACY PATIENT file (#55)) to piece 9 of
^TMP("PSJ",$J,Index,0) and ^TMP("PSJ1",$J,0)
Medications and Bar Code Medication Administration (BCMA) (Integration
Agreement #s 2828 and 2829):
a. put the SCHEDULE INTERVAL field (#.17) from the IV sub-file (#55.01)
of the PHARMACY PATIENT file (#55) in the 11th piece of ^TMP("PSJ1",$J,4)
b. add the IV TYPE field (#.04), INTERMITTENT SYRINGE field (#108) and
the CHEMOTHERAPY TYPE field (#106) from the PHARMACY PATIENT file (#55) to
pieces 6-8, respectively, of ^TMP("PSJ",$J,Index,0) and ^TMP("PSJ1",$J,0)
c. add the ORDERS FILE ENTRY field (#49 of the NON-VERIFIED ORDERS file
