Patch PSB*1*10 contains the following:
VDL is opened on Tuesday.
12. Problem: An undefined variable error is generated in the
Missing Dose Report [PSBO MD] option when searching for
an MAS ward.
Corrective Action: The code has been modified to properly
loop through the MAS ward locations and not generate an
error.
13. Problem: If a patient has an 2 orders with the same orderable
item and 2 different dispense drugs, the Ward Administration
Times [PSBO WA] option will only print the first order on
the report.
Corrective Action: The Ward Administration Times [PSBO WA]
option has been corrected to display both orders.
14. Problem: If the administration time and the Virtual Due List
Parameters Start Time: are equal to 2400, the dose would
not display on the VDL.
Corrective Action: BCMA has been modified to no longer

19. Modification: When the user performs a right-click on the VDL,
the Start IV status on the VDL has been modified to Start.
20. Modification: The GUI BCMA Site Parameters has been updated to include
the following; Default Bar Code Format, Default Bar Code
Prefix, Using Robot Rx, Allow Multiple Administration for On-Call,
UNC of the Auto Update Server, Auto Update Notification,
Default Prompt for INCL TRANSFERS, One Time Parameter.
The Edit Divisional Parameters [PSB PARAMETERS] option will no
longer be updated or maintained. All future enhancements and
modifications will be made on the GUI BCMA Site Parameters.
21. Modification: The Missing Dose Request [PSB MISSING DOSE REQUEST]
option was modified to prompt the user for the dosage schedule.
In the BCMA MISSING DOSE REQUEST file (#53.68), the SCHEDULE field

Corrective Action: The MAH [PSBO MH] option has been modified to not
generate an error when the nurse or pharmacist initials are not

option, a site noticed that this report indicates only the patient
current ward location when the report is generated. Although the
patient may have received several administrations of medications on

location when the medication was administrated. The lack of this
information made it difficult for providers to track down the
locations that had irregularities in the administration of medications
to the patients.
Corrective Action: Modifications were made to the Medication Variance
Log [PSBO VR] option to allow the report to display the patient
location associated with each event date/time the medication was
administrated to the patient.
For example, an order with a schedule of MO-WE-FR
10. Problem: Intravenous (IV) orders with a schedule of one-time
generate a "Data Validation Error: 701: The value '.143022'
for field ORDER ADMINISTRATION TIME in file BCMA MEDICATION LOG

Corrective Action: BCMA has been modified to allow one-time
IV orders to be marked as started without generating an error.
11. Problem: The VDL is displaying an incorrect message when a medication
will generate an error message to the mail group if the
is marked as held. For example, when a medication is marked as held
and the user tries to mark the next medication as given, the message
"*** NOTICE, Aspirin was given 2 minutes ago" is being displayed.
Corrective Action: The message has been updated to properly
reflect the change in status. The new message displayed in the
above example is;
"*** NOTICE, Aspirin was HELD 2 minutes ago"
