1. A site reported inappropriately receiving the error message, "Dosage
criteria will be a range of dates. Included in the report is the total
number of times the particular free text dosage occurred during the
selected time period, the name of the provider or providers responsible
for entering the free text dosage, and the number of occurrences for each
provider. The Free Text Dosage Report [PSJU DOSAGE REPORT] option has been
added to the Reports Menu [PSJU REPORTS] option.
3. A site reported a problem with the Inpatient Medications V. 5.0 labels
printed through Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS) V. 1.0. If the
Unit Dose order had a schedule type of Fill On Request, the admin times
Ordered and Dispense Drug are not compatible" while attempting to finish
were not printing on the label printed by CPRS. This patch corrects this

4. A site reported a problem with the schedule type when finishing
orders. The problem was that there was an inconsistency between
finishing orders and backdoor order entry. This patch corrects this

5. Several sites have reported, after the installation of Pharmacy
Ordering Enhancements, that they are unable to use their Quick Codes to
an order. This message displayed when the order's dosage contained a
finish IV orders placed through CPRS. This patch corrects this problem.

6. A technician gets the following message: "...Order deleted....Order
deleted." when trying to enter IV orders at the Inpatient Order Entry [PSJ
OE] option. The problem occurs if "^" is entered to stop the VA FileMan
listing of solutions at the "Select SOLUTION:" prompt. Upon receiving "^"
as input, the option behaves as if the "^" was entered at the "SOLUTION:"
prompt and deletes the order. This patch will correct this problem by only
allowing deletion of the order if "^" is entered at the "SOLUTION:"
numeric value that appeared in the dose more than once. For example:
prompt. Entering "^" at the "'^' TO STOP:" prompt will only abort the VA

7. In finishing a unit dose order, if the pharmacist edited Dispense
Drug and Dosage Ordered at the same time, a warning message was displayed
stating the dosage did not match, the available dosages list displayed,
and the user became stuck in a loop. This patch will correct this problem.

8. A site reported a problem with administration times when Quick Codes
1MG/1ML, 2ML/2VIAL, and 3MG/33ML. This patch corrects the problem. NOIS#
were used for IV Piggyback orders in the Inpatient Order Entry [PSJ OE]
option. If a schedule is defined for the Quick Code, but no administration
times are defined, and appropriate administration times cannot be derived
from the IV additive, administration times should default from the ward
parameters. The administration times were not defaulting properly from the
ward parameters. This patch corrects the problem.
