This patch addresses the ENDOFILE error message received in 'Cancel Clinic
CMO-0600-41899 CANCEL CLINIC AVAILABILITY GIVES END OF FILE ERROR
MAC-0200-60343 UNDEFINED SYMBOL, DH IN SDUNC ROUTINE.
Availability' [SDCANCEL] when queuing the print job is not performed. It
also addresses 'Restore Clinic Availability' [SDRESTORE] when an
undefined variable (DH) occurs due to missing appointment patterns for
that day of week.
