Additives and Solutions fields consistent with edits to other fields).
During the Testing of the solution above a new issue has been found.
New Issue 1: Editing the Additive or Solution for non-renewed orders

This is the same issue as the Original issue but it can also apply to a
Non-renewed Active order.

The solution for the New issue is to Modify the Inpatient Meds IV Order
Check logic to Display the warning message "The Stop Date/Time is in the
Past. This order will automatically expire upon verification", anytime
the stop date calculation returns a Stop Date/Time in the past. The
Pharmacist will then be asked if they still wish to continue. If they
continue, the order will automatically expire immediately upon
verification If they select to not continue, they may go back to the
profile and edit the Stop Date/Time.
When editing the Additive or Solution of an active order that was
previously renewed, the stop date/time can be re-calculated in the Past.
This will cause the order to be expired immediately upon verification.
The solution to this issue is to modify the Stop Date/Time calculation to
use the "Last Renewed" date as a starting point, instead of the
"Original" Start Date/Time of the order, when editing the Additive or
Solution of an active IV order that has been previously renewed. (this
