Note: To utilize the VMS Queue Management tools the following files can
be retrieved from an FTP server at DOWNLOAD.VISTA.DOMAIN.EXT in the
[ANONYMOUS.VSTS.AXP.CACHECONV] directory, or you can log a Remedy ticket
for assistance. These files need to be placed in the USER$:[AXP]
directory.
This utility provides a number of systems management tools for VA Cache
