DESCRIPTION OF ENHANCEMENTS 
This patch removes some cross-references to field .53 (Progress
Note Pointer) of file # 604 (Addiction Severity Index) that remained
after the elimination of field .53 due to file restructuring.  A post-init
routine (YS501P99) is used to remove these cross-references. This patch
also replaces the term MHA3 in some prompts with the phrase 
"MH administration/test".
