DESCRIPTION OF ENHANCEMENTS 
This Patch Addresses 3 issues:
       indicate what is causing the error.
 
1.     An error occurs when running the BCMA Unable to Scan Detailed 
       report, causing BCMA to shut down.
2.     The Missed Medications Report is displaying invalid Start and
       Stop Date and Date/Times for One Time orders.
3.     The Missed Medications Report is displaying an invalid comment and
       status for a given medication.
4.     The BCMA "Filing Transaction MEDPASS" error message does not
