DESCRIPTION OF ENHANCEMENTS 
The purpose of this patch is to provide software bug fixes for Inpatient 
Medications to correct several errors and to provide a method to clean 
up discontinued non-verified orders in cross-references in order to 
increase system speed.  This patch corrects the following issues:
 
-Slow response when searching for orders
-Incorrect error message displaying
-Undefined Error when verifying orders
