DESCRIPTION OF ENHANCEMENTS 
The Mental Health Package is removing file #90 as part of a cleanup 
project. This patch will permanently deactivate the MENTAL HEALTH 
PHYSICAL EXAM health summary component, rebuild the Health Summary Ad Hoc 
Report, and create a report of Health Summary Types and Objects that used 
the MENTAL HEALTH PHYSICAL EXAM component.
