This Patch Addresses 3 issues:
1. A broker error occurs when attempting to open BCMA (Bar Code
Medication Administration) for a patient who has and Intravenous
Piggyback (IVPB) medication with an unknown Action Status.
2. The header on several reports do not delineate a patient's room
number with a colon.
3. The BCMA Missed Medications Report does not contain meds that
are held or refused when run in VistA.
