DESCRIPTION OF ENHANCEMENTS 
This patch addresses four Electronic Wait List [EWL] issues:
   option the user is prompted to select an entry to view but all entries 
   are displayed.
4. When using the Enrollment Wait List (Sch/PCMM) Statistic Report [SD 
   WAIT LIST ENROLL REPORT] option there is a calculation error in the 
   DO NOT REMOVE DATE COLUMN.
 
1. Clinics with an inactive dates in the SD WL CLINIC LOCATION file  
   (#409.32) can create wait list entries when using the MAKE APPOINTMENT 
   [SDAM APPT MAKE] protocol.
2. When creating an entry using the ENTER/EDIT WAIT LIST (Sch/PCMM) [SD 
   WAIT LIST ENTER/EDIT] option with the PCMM TEAM ASSIGN wait list type 
   an undefined error occurs.
