Read access through DIC.  May be pointed to.  If pointed
to, name should be gotten by using $$GET1^DIQ.  In exporting packages, if
pointers are used, any exported records should have the Mail Group pointers
purged before export.  Free Text fields, with an input transform that checks
via DIC, can also be used to then store the Mail Group name.  Note that this
permits reliable export of records that include a predefined Mail Group.
