Following fields point to file 736 (QUIC SORT FILE)
field 2 (SITE NATIONAL) in file 59 (PHARMACY SITE)
field 12 (SITE) in file 1900.1 (CLOZARIL REPORTS)
In addition, since the extended clozaril patch may go to test sites before the
QUIC package does, and since the test sites will almost certainly be
different, file 736 will be exported (with data) with the extended clozaril
patch.
We understand that there is at least one field in file 736 that is not to be
sent to the sites, but only to the national data base and we agree not to send
that field to the sites.
