Added 2/14/25, effective with CDSP*1.0*2 which contain
the CDSP Task Manager (TM) application. This RPC will be defined in the CDSP
RPC CONTEXT option. Once a CDSP TM user has selected their relevant team, the
application will use the ORQPT TEAM PATIENTS RPC to get a list of patients
associated with that team. With this, the user will not have to search for
each individual patient, reducing clinical burden and speeding up their
workflow.
