ORWPT LIST ALL    ICR (1685)

5/10/13-The Mental Health Program Office contracted
with Capital Solution Design Corporation to provide the Behavioral Health Lab
(BHL) software.  BHL is a vendor product that calls this VistA RPC.

The ORWPT LIST ALL RPC will be triggered by a request
sent by the Vecna Kiosk system.  Access to this RPC is needed for VPS*1*1.
VPS*1*2 will not be using this RPC.

Effective with HMP*2.0*2

HMP's subscription to this ICR expired on 10/27/17 with the shutdown of HMP.
HMP*2.0*12 released on 10/17/17 is an informational patch outlining the steps
for the sites to shut down the application. If HMP is reactivated in the
future, the HMP project team should review the access provided by this ICR
with the custodial application before reactivating HMP's subscription to this
ICR.

Added 10/31/23, effective with CRMS*1*1, the VA Health
Connect (VAHC) application is a Salesforce product sharing the CRMS
namespace.The CRMS VAHC Remote Application includes the CRMS VAHC Option,
which includes required RPCs.  ORWPT LIST ALL is one of the Remote Procedures
included in the CRMS VAHC Option.  The Remote Application uses Data Access
Services/National Health Information Network (DAS/NHIN) as the middleware to
interface with VistA.

Added 8/21/24, effective with CDSP*1.0*1 , to include
ORWPT LIST ALL in the CDSP RPC CONTEXT Option.  The Precision Oncology
Clinical Decision support (CDS) application delivers an Integrated Resulting
Service that supports Veterans Affairs (VA) clinicians by streamlining the
order resulting workflow for molecular tests. The impact on patient care and
clinical provider workflow are to reduce bottlenecks in the resulting
workflow, improve the clinician experience of processing new lab results and
co-create with clinicians to facilitate better outcomes for the patients.

Added 08/19/2025, effective with NHIN*1*26, this RPC is
defined in the NHIN/DAS context option "NHIN DAS CC", which is defined in the
REMOTE APPLICATION file entry name "NHIN DAS CC". The RPC is called to provide
read only data to the calling system. NHIN will use this RPC to facilitate the
CTO office processing of additional community provider data using the existing
DAS account, remote application and context option. This is specific to the
DAS VistA service account which processes Community Care data to VistA. The
use case is a community provider completes an exam and faxes the results into
a VAMC. These results are stored in a file share and a process that the CTO
office is building picks up these results need to be written back to VistA and
the originating Consult closed out.
