This agreement expands agreement 10095 for XTKERMIT.
This agreement allows access to the KERMIT HOLDING file (#8980) and the API
that adds entries to it, RFILE^XTKERM4.  The "AOK" cross-reference of the
KERMIT HOLDING file (#8980) may be checked to see if the user has an entry in
the KERMIT HOLDING file (#8980). If not, RFILE^XTKERM4 may be called to add an
entry to the file.
