This entry point is used to convert/backfill orders
to CPRS from the Inpatient Medications package, after installation of
Inpatient Medications version 5.0.
VARIABLES TYPE VARIABLES DESCRIPTION
PSOEDFN Input 
The internal entry number of the patient to be
converted/backfilled.
PSOEWRT Input 
This variable is a 0 or 1. If 0, then it is a tasked
job, and nothing is to be written. If 1, then a user has accessed the patient
in the foreground, and messages can be written to the screen.
