GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This DBIA authorizes direct global read of some fields
in the ^ORD(100.99,1,"CONV") node.  This node contains the fields used by the
CPRS v1 Orders Conversion.  Calling packages can use this information to
determine whether the Orders Conversion is complete.  It also authorizes
access to ^ORD(100.99,1,"PTCONV") which is a multiple which contains the DFNs
of patients left to convert.
