| GENERAL DESCRIPTION |
This DBIA is to be used as an open agreement between Drug Accountability
and Controlled Substances. The terms of this agreement are to allow
Controlled Substances access to any field within the DRUG ACCOUNTABILITY
STATS file (#58.8).
The access method can be either Direct Read/Write access, or by using
FileManager to obtain or create data.
The reason for this agreement is that prior to the release of Version 3.0
of Drug Accountability, this file was the property of Controlled
Substances.
