The Mental Health package will perform direct global
reads from the DSS MH TESTS file (#727.5).  These direct reads are used only
within the routine YSDSS, which has been designed for use as an interface
between DSS Extracts and Mental Health.

Direct global reads are done on three cross-references in file #727.5:

(1) "B" cross-reference - whole file index on the TEST NAME field (#.01).  (2)
"AC" cross-reference - whole file index on the ACTIVATION DATE
sub-field (#.01) of the ACTIVATION DATE multiple field (#1).  (3) "AX"
cross-reference - whole file index on the INACTIVATION DATE
sub-field (#.02) of the ACTIVATION DATE multiple field (#1).
