Access to PROBLEM LIST AUDIT file    ICR (2974)

HMP's subscription to this ICR expired on 10/27/17 with the shutdown of HMP.
HMP*2.0*12 released on 10/17/17 is an informational patch outlining the steps
for the sites to shut down the application. If HMP is reactivated in the
future, the HMP project team should review the access provided by this ICR
with the custodial application before reactivating HMP's subscription to this
ICR.

HEALTH MANAGEMENT PLATFORM (HMP) will use the GMPL(125.8,"AD", cross reference
to get the Problem List Audit in reverse chronological order with seconds.This
data is used in displaying patient data to the user in the HMP UI.

Added 8/13/21 effective with patch VPR*1*27: VPR sends
patient data to the SDA repository in Health Share when entered, modified, or
deleted. HS only updates the data fields we send in, so if a value is deleted
we must explicitly note that in the payload or it will remain untouched. VPR
would like access to the PL Audit file to see if any values were removed when
the problem was last changed, to be able to set this delete flag for HS.
