This entry point returns the strength and unit for
the drug IEN passed into the routine. If the stength of the drug does not
match the stength of the NDF match and the unit contains a / then the unit
returned is calculated and may not be contained in the DRUG UNITS file

The output variable is specifed by the user. The
output is in the format strength|^^^IEN of DRUG UNITS file (#50.607)^Name of
UNITS^99PSU or if the units are calculated and not in the DRUG UNITS file the
format will be strength|^^^^Name of UNITS^99PSU. If there is no strength
available the output will be format will be |^^^^^99PSU
