Added 9/26/23, effective with CDSP*1*0 CDSP is
developing a Precision Oncology workflow to automatically ingest genetic test
results into VistA and VistA imaging. The workflow needs to identify patients
based on demographic data present in test results. This RPC is used to update
a note generated by VistA imaging to add a clinician as an additional signer
on the note.

Added 10/17/23, effective with CRMS*1*1, the VA Health
Connect (VAHC) application is a Salesforce product sharing the CRMS namespace.
The CRMS VAHC Remote Application includes the CRMS VAHC Option, which includes
required RPCs. TIU UPDATE ADDITIONAL SIGNERS is one of the Remote Procedures
included in the CRMS VAHC Option. The Remote Application uses Data Access
Services/National Health Information Network (DAS/NHIN) as the middleware to
interface with VistA.
