Health Summary needs to preform a lookup in the
Parameter Entity file and retrieve the file number, name, prefix and mixed
case name of the allowable entity for the user to select from to add to a
combined parameter list. All access is Read w/Fileman.

Added 5/17/24 to document OE/RR's historical read
access w/Fileman to the prefix field which is used to identify the identity
type in the Parameter Entity file. Documentation of the historical use is
effective with patch OR*3*610.
