MDE will pull the data from this file to support the
population of the new CoreFLS system. This IA is short-term and will be
retired after the data has been extracted from all sites.
M Data Extractor is on the TRM and approved with constraints. However no
routines in the M Data Extractor (DES) namespace were found. No documentation
in the VDL and no entries in the National Patch Module. A search of Fee Basis
routines did not find any calls to routines in the DES namespace. The ICR
description states the ICR was created in 2002 as a temporary ICR for CoreFLS
and expected to be retired after data was extracted from the sites. Based on
on the description in the ICR and recommendations by reviewers, this ICR was
retired on 2/26/18.
