Kernel Master File Server (MFS) is a subscriber to
integration agreement #3550.  IA# 3550 covers the use by MFS of the "C"
cross-reference of the HL Logical Link file (#870.)  As can be seen by the MFS
code included in IA# 3550, after accessing the "C" cross-reference to find the
internal entry number (IEN) for a particular entry in this file, the first
piece of the zero node (i.e., the #.01 field) is viewed.  This reading of the
first piece of the zero node also requires an integration agreement.  So, IA#
3550 covers the Kernel MFS use of the "C" cross-reference, and this
integration agreement covers the use of the NODE field (#.01) in the HL
Logical Link file.
