45 entries.

VARIABLES	TYPE	VARIABLES DESCRIPTION
X	Input	X is an array. For the S Node, X(1) is set to the Surgery/Procedure Date, X(2) is set to ICD0 code (S Node fields #45.01,8; 45.01,9; 45.01,10; 45.01,11; 45.01,12). For the P Node, X(1) is set to the Procedure Date, X(2) is set to the ICD0 code (P node fields #45.05,4; 45.05,5; 45.05,6;45.05,7; 45.05,8).
NODE	Input	Node denotes where the data is from either an "S" for Surgery or a "P" for Procedure Node.
NUM	Input	NUM is set to the Operation Code Number.
