Clinical Reminders requests the ability to do a global
read on the Order File #100 specifically, ^OR(100, using multiple fields from
the Zero node, and the Orderable Items multiple to populate the new Clinical
Reminders Index.
Amended: Added 01/18/2023: New functionality was released in patch PXRM*2*45,
with a compliance date of 09/30/2020, which used the WHEN ENTERED (#4) and
PATIENT LOCATION (#6) fields. Clinical Reminders uses these fields to
determine whether a patient is pregnant and if that conflicts with the data
stored in the Women's Health package.
