Added 10/26/23, effective with CRMS*1*1, the VA Health
Connect (VAHC) application is a Salesforce product sharing the CRMS namespace.
The CRMS VAHC Remote Application includes the CRMS VAHC Option, which includes
required RPCs. TIU GET ADDITIONAL SIGNERS is one of the Remote Procedures
included in the CRMS VAHC Option. The Remote Application uses Data Access
Services/National Health Information Network (DAS/NHIN) as the middleware to
interface with VistA.
