Imaging file 2006.5831 has field named REQUESTED
SERVICE (#.01) defined as a pointer to file 123.5 (REQUEST SERVICES).
This allows users to define the services that will be used to build modality
worklists for that entry/service. The purpose of this file is to link groups
of types of Request for Consults to entities that Imaging will call worklist
classes.

SIGHT II patch RMPV*1*1, the Prosthetics package requires read access to File
123.5, field SERVICE NAME(#.01). 4-Sight II uses the consult service IEN
already obtained from the consult record TO SERVICE field to resolve the
consult service name for display within the 4-Sight II application.
