RESULT=$$NMSP^ORCD(PKG) where RESULT returns the
package's namespace from the PREFIX field #1 via $$GET1^DIQ.  The two
exceptions to this are meds, where all Pharmacy packages return "PS", and
Vitals, which returns "OR" instead of "GMRV", due to the way that CPRS and
Care Mgt handle those types of orders.
