This output variable will be equal to the value of
the selected program upon success. Upon success it will always be true that
+CSLY>0.
Upon failure, we will alway have +CSLY<0 and the value CSLY will be:
-1 upon network timeout -2 if the user either provided no response or exited
with "^" when prompted for a program -3 if the user either provided no
response or exited with "^" when prompted to select a program from several
matching values. -4 if no matching value was found. -5 if there was an
internal error.
