GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Registration package is writing a clean-up routine
to purge patient records that exist with only the CURRENT MEANS TEST INDICATOR
field (#.14) and the MPI node existing.  We are also checking the CIRN HL7
EXCEPTION LOG file (991.1) and purging exceptions if they exist for these
records.  Registration is requesting an integration agreement with the CIRN
package to purge these exceptions.
