This integration agreement describes the use of the
Patient Services std_ethnicity table and fields within the PATS application's
Oracle database. (distributed by Standard Data Services)

When the first test site goes to production with PATS, the EMC will be using
version 11 of the SDS database.

the ID field on the std_ethnicity table. This join is made while building the
data for rollup to Austin.
